Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Sales Lead – B2B2C with a strong background in telecommunications and deep market knowledge in Qatar. The ideal candidate will drive revenue growth through strategic partnerships, particularly within the real estate, large enterprise, and government sectors.

Responsibilities

  • Lead and execute B2B2C sales strategies to drive market penetration and revenue growth
  • Develop and manage relationships with key stakeholders across real estate developers, large enterprises, and government entities
  • Identify new business opportunities to expand home and enterprise product adoption
  • Negotiate commercial agreements and close high-value deals
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure successful onboarding and delivery of solutions
  • Consistently meet or exceed sales targets and KPIs

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree (mandatory)
  • Minimum 5 years of B2B2C sales experience, preferably in the telecommunications sector
  • 3–5 years of proven work experience in Qatar
