Job Description
As a Human Resources Coordinator at Traders Hotel, Abu Dhabi, you will support daily HR operations, colleague documentation, and Emiratisation drive initiatives. You will act as a main touchpoint for employee requests and engagement activities.
Responsibilities
- Maintain effective internal and external communication with stakeholders
- Perform administrative tracking, record keeping, and filing
- Support hotel audits with documentation
- Assist in HR activities and Service Excellence programs
- Act as a point of contact for employees regarding HR policies and benefits
