Member Benefits Advocate
Job Description
Insight Global is seeking a Member Benefits Advocate to handle inbound phone, chat, and email inquiries from health plan members and providers. The role includes quoting benefits, verifying eligibility, and resolving billing issues. This is a fully remote position requiring previous experience with insurance carriers.
Responsibilities
- Intake inbound phone, chat, and email queries
- Quote benefits and interpret plan documents
- Answer questions regarding claim status and EOBs
- Assist members in finding quality care providers
- Verify eligibility for providers
- Make outbound calls to gather information for resolution
Qualifications
- 2-4 years of experience working for TPAs or insurance carriers as a Member Benefits Advocate
- High School diploma or equivalent required
