Job Description
The Quantity Surveyor – Post Contract will be responsible for managing all commercial and contractual aspects of interior fit-out projects from contract award to final account closure.
Responsibilities
- Manage project budgets and costs
- Prepare interim valuations and payment applications
- Identify and price variations with clients
- Assess subcontractor interim payments
- Administer contracts (FIDIC)
- Prepare monthly cost value reconciliation reports
- Negotiate project final accounts
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Quantity Surveying or related field
- Minimum 4 years of post-contract QS experience
