Job Description

We are looking for a Data Technologies Manager to lead the design, implementation, and delivery of modern data platforms across client projects. This is a hands-on leadership role that combines deep technical expertise, delivery ownership, and team leadership.
Responsibilities
- Own and continuously evolve the data technology stack used across client projects
- Lead the end-to-end technical delivery of data-focused projects
- Define, maintain, and enforce data architecture standards and best practices
- Guide teams on data ingestion, transformation, modeling, and AI/ML data pipelines
- Review and approve data architectures, pipelines, and platform designs
- Collaborate closely with project managers to ensure on-time and on-budget delivery
- Act as a trusted technical advisor for clients during delivery and pre-sales phases
- Lead, mentor, and develop data engineers and platform teams
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
- 8+ years of experience in data engineering, data platforms, or analytics solutions
- At least 3 years of experience in a technical leadership or managerial role
- Strong experience with modern data architectures (AWS, Azure, or GCP)
- Experience with Snowflake, Databricks, or BigQuery
- Solid understanding of data modeling, quality, governance, and security principles
- Cloud and data platform certifications are a strong advantage
