Job Description
All Brands Factory Outlet is a chain of fashion discount stores that offers an exceptional shopping experience, providing customers with more than 200 popular U.S. brands at discounts of up to 70% off retail prices, year-round. Our stores feature a wide assortment of products, including fashion for women, men, and kids, as well as sportswear, footwear, accessories, homewares, electronics, toys, and more. All Brands is truly a one-stop shop for the entire family, combining affordability with a refreshing and enjoyable shopping ambiance. With six stores across six cities, we’re committed to making high-quality brands accessible to every customer. We are seeking a dedicated Salesperson for our location in Mansourieh. This is a full-time on-site role where the selected candidate will assist customers in finding the right products, provide excellent customer service, handle transactions, and ensure the store is well-maintained and organized. The individual will also be responsible for meeting sales targets, staying informed about product details and promotions, and contributing to a positive shopping experience for all customers.
Qualifications
- Customer service, interpersonal skills, and the ability to communicate effectively with diverse clientele
- Sales and negotiation skills, with a focus on achieving and exceeding sales targets
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities to manage store operations efficiently
- Experience in retail sales, merchandising, or related fields is preferred
- Proactive attitude, problem-solving skills, and enthusiasm for fashion and retail
- Flexibility to work full-time and availability during weekends or holidays if needed
- High school diploma or equivalent; fluency in both written and spoken English (additional languages are a plus)
