Job Description

Hiring a Senior Manager – Sales based in Saudi Arabia to accelerate Clarion’s regional growth. This is a high-impact role that requires strong sales capability and deep understanding of the Saudi business environment.

Responsibilities

  • Lead Clarion’s sales efforts in Saudi Arabia including prospecting and qualifying
  • Build a strong pipeline and develop regional strategies
  • Manage the full sales lifecycle from discovery to closure
  • Build long-term relationships with senior decision-makers
  • Expand engagement within existing accounts
  • Partner with global sales and delivery teams
  • Maintain accurate CRM hygiene and reporting

Qualifications

  • 12–15 years of experience in IT services sales
  • At least 3 years in a sales leadership or team management role
  • Strong experience selling IT services within Saudi Arabia or Middle East
  • Proven ability to close enterprise IT solutions deals
  • Strong experience in B2B Sales & Inside Sales
