Job Description
We are currently seeking a dedicated and motivated Assistant Restaurant Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate should have strong leadership skills, a passion for hospitality, and the ability to support daily restaurant operations while ensuring excellent customer service in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
- Assist the Restaurant Manager in overseeing daily restaurant operations
- Supervise and support service and kitchen staff to ensure smooth workflow and high performance
- Ensure exceptional customer service and handle guest feedback or complaints professionally
- Monitor staff attendance, scheduling, and performance
- Ensure compliance with company policies, health, safety, and hygiene standards
- Assist in inventory control, stock ordering, and cost management
- Support training and onboarding of new employees
- Ensure cleanliness and organization of the restaurant at all times
- Assist in achieving sales targets and operational goals
- Prepare reports and communicate operational issues to management
Qualifications
- Previous experience as an Assistant Manager or Supervisor in a restaurant or F&B environment is preferred
- Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills
- Good understanding of restaurant operations and customer service standards
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Flexible to work shifts, including weekends and holidays
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- Professional appearance and positive attitude
