Job Description

The Fashion Division is launching a premium kids' fashion brand, and we need a visionary Brand Manager to take it from a boardroom concept to the hands of parents across the region. You will own the brand’s identity, product DNA, and market entry strategy.

Responsibilities

  • Define the brand’s visual identity, tone of voice, and unique value proposition
  • Curate collections that balance high-quality craftsmanship with functionality
  • Lead the full launch roadmap, including digital and physical channels
  • Manage parent-influencer partnerships
  • Direct the social media narrative and PR activations
  • Monitor KPIs post-launch to refine product-market fit

Qualifications

  • Brand Management, Marketing Strategy, and Business Development expertise
  • Strong knowledge and experience in the fashion industry, specifically in kids' apparel
  • A degree in Fashion Management, Marketing, Business, or a related field is a plus
