Job Description

The Sales Manager cum Business Development role is a senior, revenue-owning position responsible for driving sales, achieving targets, and building a high-performance sales pipeline for Plus UAE Group. This role demands hands-on selling, team leadership, and end-to-end ownership of revenue outcomes.

Responsibilities

  • Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue targets
  • Personally close high-value B2B deals across UAE Company Formation and Visa Services
  • Develop new business opportunities within Abu Dhabi
  • Identify cross-selling and upselling opportunities within existing clients
  • Lead, monitor, and drive the onsite and remote sales team
  • Review leads vs conversions and pipeline health
  • Submit daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports to management

Qualifications

  • 5–10 years of proven experience in B2B service sales
  • Strong background in Business Setup, PRO, or Visa Services
  • Demonstrated revenue achievement with verifiable targets
  • Experience managing sales teams
  • Excellent English communication skills
