Job Description

We are seeking a results-driven Senior Business Development Executive with strong expertise in land freight forwarding to accelerate our growth in the Middle East market. This is a front-line, quota-carrying role suited for a self-starter who thrives in client acquisition, builds trusted relationships, and delivers consistent revenue growth.

Responsibilities

  • Drive sales of land freight forwarding solutions (domestic & cross-border)
  • Achieve and exceed revenue and gross profit targets consistently
  • Generate, qualify, and convert leads into long-term accounts across industries
  • Build and manage a robust portfolio of B2B clients
  • Lead full sales cycle: prospecting, solution design, proposals, negotiations, and deal closure
  • Identify growth opportunities within GCC and Middle East land freight corridors
  • Partner with operations and pricing teams for seamless client onboarding

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Logistics, Supply Chain, or related discipline
  • 3–7 years of B2B sales in land freight forwarding
