Job Description
GEMS Founders School is seeking a leader of learning to join the Teaching and Learning team. The candidate will become part of the Associate Senior Leadership Team.
Responsibilities
- Set and review performance management targets
- Monitor planning of Key Stages/Departments
- Develop existing schemes of work
- Provide targeted support for underperforming or more able pupils
- Design and deliver professional development activities
- Act as a mentor to new teachers
Qualifications
- Hold a BEd or Bachelors degree with PGCE / PGDE or equivalent
- Proven track record of providing outstanding learning & teaching
