Position: Medical Records Specialist. Type: Hourly contract. Compensation: $60–$80/hour. Location: Remote. Commitment: Part-time, long-term project-based (minimum 15 hours/week). Role Responsibilities: Design occupation-specific questions based on real-world medical records workflows; Translate healthcare documentation standards and processes into structured evaluation content; Ensure accuracy, clarity, and compliance awareness in all materials; Collaborate with AI researchers to benchmark and improve model understanding; Provide expert feedback grounded in medical records and health information practices. Requirements: Strong full-time professional experience as a Medical Records Specialist; Strong written communication skills with high attention to detail; Access to a desktop or laptop computer; Ability to commit at least 15 hours per week.
