Assistant Security Manager
Job Description
Directs security personnel and works with Department Heads to deliver a safe environment. Ensures compliance with local safety legislation and hotel emergency procedures.
Responsibilities
- Direct activities of security personnel
- Liaise with government and law enforcement
- Organize patrolling of the property
- Assist hotel with Local Safety Legislation
- Prepare incident reports
- Plan and facilitate staff awareness training
- Manage key control within departments
Qualifications
- Security industry experience in supervisory capacity
- SIA trained and licensed
