Oracle HCM EBS Consultant
Job Description
The Oracle HCM EBS Consultant will manage and maintain Core HR and Payroll functionality. The role involves analyzing business requirements to provide functional and technical solutions within Oracle HCM, configuring modules, performing data migration, and troubleshooting issues. You will provide mentorship to end-users and collaborate with cross-functional teams like HR, Finance, and IT to ensure seamless system integration.
Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain all Core HR functionality.
- Manage and maintain all Payroll functionality.
- Analyze business requirements and provide functional and technical solutions within Oracle HCM.
- Configure Payroll, HRMS, and Self-Service modules.
- Perform data migration, integration and validation.
- Troubleshoot and resolve functional and technical issues in Oracle HCM EBS.
- Provide mentorship and guidance to end-users.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (HR, Finance, IT) to ensure seamless system integration.
Qualifications
- 2+ years of hands-on experience in Oracle EBS HCM modules (HR, Payroll, SSHR etc.)
- Oracle HCM Certification is preferred
- Bachelor's degree / higher diploma
- Years of experience: 2 - 4 years
