Senior Hotels Contracting Specialist
Job Description
Maintain the company’s direct hotels portfolio in assigned destinations, focusing on visibility, competitiveness, and strong supplier partnerships. Responsibilities include negotiating rates, managing inventory, and ensuring contractual accuracy.
Responsibilities
- Negotiate competitive rates, allocations, and commissionable agreements
- Monitor competitor pricing and availability
- Ensure hotel content accuracy
- Resolve booking issues, book-outs, and escalations with suppliers
- Provide insights on market performance
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Tourism Studies, Hospitality, Business, or related field
- 3–5 years of contracting or yielding experience in OTA/TA/Wholesale/Bedbank
- Hands-on knowledge of static and dynamic contracting processes
- Familiarity with channel managers and hotel distribution systems
