Job Description
We are expanding our Off-Plan Division and are looking for experienced, deal-driven Off-Plan Agents who understand the Dubai developer landscape and can convert serious investors. This role is not for beginners. We are looking for professionals who already know how off-plan works in Dubai and can hit the ground running.
Responsibilities
- Sell off-plan residential projects across Dubai
- Manage and grow your own client base
- Conduct developer presentations and project briefings
- Guide clients from reservation to SPA
- Maintain accurate CRM and reporting
- Stay updated on new launches and market trends
Qualifications
- Proven experience in Dubai off-plan sales
- Strong knowledge of top developers (Emaar, Nakheel, Dubai Holding, Sobha, etc.)
- Ability to advise clients on payment plans, handover timelines, ROI & exit strategies
- Confident in handling investors and end-users
- Strong follow-up, closing skills, and pipeline management
- Self-motivated, disciplined, and target-driven
