Senior Sales Manager
Job Description
We have been retained by a well-established Alcoholic Beverage Group in Bahrain that is looking for a Senior Sales Manager. The successful applicant will be responsible for developing and executing strategic sales plans to increase market share, driving volume targets for on-premise and off-premise channels, and leading sales teams. Duties: Develop and implement annual/quarterly sales plans. Team Leadership & Development. Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders. Sales Target Achievement. Brand Activation & Promotion. Analyze sales trends and monitor competitor activity. Manage the annual sales budget and forecast future demand. Ensure full compliance with all relevant alcohol laws and licensing requirements.

Qualifications
- Must have GCC experience
- 3-5 years experience as a Senior Sales Manager or equivalent
- Must have liquor industry experience
