Job Description

We are seeking an experienced and strategic Controller to lead the financial management function and provide executive-level insights to support business growth. This role oversees all aspects of accounting, reporting, and financial analysis, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and scalability across operations.
Responsibilities
- Oversee all financial operations, including Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, and Payroll management
- Lead monthly, quarterly, and annual financial close processes
- Prepare and present comprehensive financial statements, management reports, and executive-level analyses
- Develop and maintain financial controls, policies, and procedures
- Lead budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis, and strategic financial planning initiatives
- Drive system integrations, ERP optimization, and process improvement initiatives
- Manage compliance and risk by overseeing audits and tax reporting
- Lead, mentor, and develop finance team members
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field required; CPA strongly preferred
- 7–10 years of progressive accounting and finance experience, including 3–5 years in a Controller or senior finance role
- Experience in e-commerce, retail, or inventory-based businesses preferred
- Advanced skills in Excel, Google Sheets, financial modeling, ERP systems, and reporting tools
- Deep understanding of US GAAP, IFRS, and US tax regulations
