Job Description
The Head of HR Operations will lead and manage the company’s HR operations, working hands-on to establish and improve HR processes across operation, and employee relations. This role requires a strong operator who can balance strategy with day-to-day execution to support a large and growing workforce. The Head of HR Operation will be reporting directly to the CEO.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement HR operational policies, processes, and systems that support business growth.
- Mainly focus on the Daily HR Operation, from employee transfers, Insurance activation, Qiwa contract.
- Work closely with operations and business leaders to provide proactive HR support.
- Directly involved in critical HR activities such as resolving employee issues and overseeing mobilization.
- Build, mentor, and lead the HR operations team.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- 10+ years of progressive HR operations experience, preferably in manpower, outsourcing, or large workforce industries.
- Strong knowledge of labor laws, HR compliance, and regional employment regulations.
