Job Description
Manage end-to-end recruitment and HR operations for an interior and exhibition company in Dubai.
Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end recruitment: sourcing, screening, interviews, and onboarding
- Handle employee documentation, contracts, offer letters, and HR records
- Coordinate UAE labor laws compliance, MOHRE, visas, and medicals
- Support payroll inputs, attendance, and leave management
- Assist in performance management and employee relations
- Liaise with government portals and PROs
Qualifications
- Minimum 2–3 years of UAE HR experience (mandatory)
- Strong knowledge of UAE Labour Law & HR practices
- Good communication skills in English
- Proficient in MS Office and HR systems
