Job Description

The Talent Acquisition Specialist is responsible for managing end-to-end recruitment activities, supporting workforce planning, and ensuring timely hiring aligned with business requirements.

Responsibilities

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment for technical, operational, and support roles
  • Partner with hiring managers to understand manpower requirements
  • Prepare and post job advertisements
  • Source candidates through multiple channels
  • Screen CVs and conduct initial interviews
  • Prepare offer letters and employment documentation
  • Coordinate with HR Operations and PRO for visa initiation

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
  • 3–6 years of experience in Talent Acquisition or Recruitment (UAE experience preferred)
  • Strong knowledge of UAE labor market and recruitment channels
