Program Manager - Professional Services Saudi Arabia
Job Description
The Program Manager ensures delivery of medium complexity projects on time and according to the negotiated Scope of Work. This involves managing a virtual team including Customer Contacts, Sales, and Technical Support to ensure financially profitable and supportable implementations.
Responsibilities
- Develop, negotiate and build Scope of Work, WBS and project schedules
- Assign individual responsibilities and ensure resource availability
- Coordinate internal and outsourced resources for execution
- Deliver projects on-time, within scope and within budget
- Measure project performance using appropriate systems and tools
- Manage escalations internally and externally
- Perform risk management to minimize exposure
- Accurately forecast revenue, profitability, and margins
- Assure project legal documents are completed and signed
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in business or management discipline and/or equivalent work-related experience
- Around 5 years in similar position
- PMP and/or PRINCE II certification would be a plus
