Prepare breads and pastries, including doughs, fillings, and decorating. Manage production sheets and monitor food safety compliance in the kitchen.

- Follow food safety handling policies and procedures
- Check temperatures of appliances and food
- Assist management in hiring, training, and scheduling
- Serve as a department role model or mentor
Qualifications
- Technical, Trade, or Vocational School Degree
- At least 2 years of related work experience
