Senior Human Resource (HR) Specialist, Leave Services
Job Description
Leidos is seeking an HR Specialist to serve as a subject matter expert in leave administration and workplace accommodations. You will provide guidance on FMLA, Workers’ Compensation, and ADA processes while ensuring compliance with federal and state laws. This role is promoted by Lensa.
Responsibilities
- Administer and coordinate leave requests for FMLA and Military Leave
- Serve as primary point of contact for leave-related questions
- Lead the ADA reasonable accommodation interactive process
- Review and process requests for PTO Donation and Hardship payout
- Stay informed of federal and state leave laws
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
- Experience specializing in leave administration and/or ADA accommodations
- Knowledge of FMLA and Workers' Compensation laws
