Job Description
Proactive Real Estate Business Development Executive to support growth through client consultations, database maintenance, and property value strategies. Role involves high-volume calls and lead qualification.
Responsibilities
- Consult with clients to understand their needs over the phone
- Maintain an extensive and accurate database of available properties
- Develop tailored strategies to increase property value for clients
- Negotiate effectively with clients to close deals
- Maintain regular communication and reporting with managers
- Call, qualify, and connect with leads and potential prospects
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree (any major is acceptable)
- Strong English proficiency (B2 level or above)
- Excellent communication skills, especially on calls
- High attention to detail and accuracy in data entry
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
