Responsibilities
- Define and execute HR strategy across multiple sectors
- Drive digital transformation and HR analytics
- Oversee workforce planning, succession, and talent acquisition
- Ensure compliance with labor regulations
- Act as advisor to Group CEO and Board
Qualifications
- Fluent Arabic speaker
- Proven HR leadership in large organizations (preferably 5,000+ employees)
- Strong digital transformation experience, including SAP systems
