Country HR Manager, KSA
Job Description
Serves as the dedicated, in-country HR leader for Adobe KSA, responsible for enabling compliant, effective, and HR services tailored to the local context and support. Acts as a primary HR contact for the market and a strategic bridge across HR program designs and rollouts, partnering closely with Centers of Excellence (CoEs) including Shared Services, HR Business Partners, Employee Relations, Legal, Talent Development, and Total Rewards. Ensures seamless integration and execution of HR initiatives, adapting programs to meet local compliance requirements and facilitates communication and alignment that reflect both global standards and the unique context of the Saudi Arabian market.
Responsibilities
- Establish and manage foundational HR operations and processes
- Ensure full compliance with Saudi labor laws and regulatory platforms (GOSI, Qiwa, Mudad)
- Manage the entire employee lifecycle (hiring, onboarding, termination)
- Oversee visa processing, Iqama renewals, and Saudization requirements
- Act as a trusted advisor to leaders on organizational design and workforce planning
Qualifications
- Degree or equivalent qualification/experience
- Minimum 6 years in SaaS solution environment
