Senior Project Manager/Scrum Master
Job Description
Lead and deliver complex digital transformation initiatives across IT, SDLC, ERP, Low-Code, Networking, and enterprise platforms. This role requires a strong balance between delivery ownership (Project Manager) and Agile execution leadership (Scrum Master).
Responsibilities
- Lead and manage digital projects end-to-end
- Develop and maintain detailed project plans
- Act as Scrum Master for Agile delivery teams
- Promote and apply Agile best practices
- Coordinate cross-functional teams and third-party vendors
- Monitor and control project budgets
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or Business Administration
- PMP OR PMI-ACP / Scrum Master / Agile certifications desirable
- 5-10 years of project management experience in IT & Digital Transformation
