SE Operations Coordinator
Job Description
Support the Service Excellence Operations Manager with delivering equipment and personnel required for local operations. Ensure planning, mobilization, and demobilization activities are effectively directed.
Responsibilities
- Locate personnel to meet specific project assignments
- Coordinate mob/demob of personnel
- Coordinate with HR for medicals, visas, and HSE training
- Perform site inductions and gate passes
- Arrange accommodation for personnel
- Manage timesheets and rotation scheduling
Qualifications
- Bachelors degree in project management, business management or related field
- Experience with planning and administration of personnel
- Integrity Management experience including personnel logistics
- Strong knowledge of MS Office
