Job Description
The Senior Sales Supervisor will lead and supervise the automotive accessories sales team to achieve targets, ensure customer satisfaction, and drive business growth. Requires strong leadership and in-depth understanding of automotive accessories.
Responsibilities
- Supervise and lead the sales team in daily operations
- Monitor and evaluate sales performance
- Prepare and present sales reports and forecasts
- Ensure excellent customer service standards
- Develop and implement sales strategies
- Conduct regular training and development sessions
- Ensure proper merchandising and product display
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
- Minimum of 5 years' experience in sales
- At least 2 years in a supervisory role within the automotive or retail sector
- Strong knowledge of automotive accessories
