Job Description
Lead a team to ensure the timely and effective provisioning of orders, purchase, delivery, receipt storage and issue of all spare parts and equipment in line with Inventory Control Procedures and in a safe manner within laid down quality standards providing management with all necessary information and reports as specified.
Responsibilities
- Supervise and coordinate daily operations of the spare parts, tires, and oil store
- Develop and maintain effective store systems and procedures
- Coordinate with workshop supervisors and team managers for stock availability
- Prepare and submit daily, weekly, and monthly performance reports
- Review and adjust minimum and maximum stock levels
- Maintain health and safety standards within the store
Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years of professional work experience
