Partnered with a top tier Specialty Boutique Investment Bank in the healthcare space looking to add an Investment Banking Analyst to their growing team in Tampa, FL.
Responsibilities
- Preparing and delivering presentations throughout the deal execution period
- Assist in the coordination of internal and external resources in the due diligence process
- Assisting in the execution of M&A transactions
- Conducting extensive industry, market, and company-specific research
Qualifications
- 1+ years within Investment Banking
- Industry experience within healthcare preferred
- Bachelors in Finance, Economics, Business or related fields
- Strong closed M&A deal experience
