Job Description
Our HR Business Partnership team is responsible for supporting various business leaders across the Emirates Group. This role focuses on the project management of cross-divisional dnata HR initiatives, acting as a change agent for strategic technology standardization, data analytics, and organization development.
Responsibilities
- Provide HR guidance and alignment to department achieve goals
- Project management of cross-divisional HR initiatives
- Mediate complex employee relations issues and investigations
- Coach managers on attendance and performance management
- Support organizational design and change projects
- Apply selection practices for talent recruitment
Qualifications
- Degree in HR, Business, or Humanities
- Professional accreditation preferred (CIPD, AHRI)
- Experience in an advisory capacity
