Job Description

Our HR Business Partnership team is responsible for supporting various business leaders across the Emirates Group. This role focuses on the project management of cross-divisional dnata HR initiatives, acting as a change agent for strategic technology standardization, data analytics, and organization development.

Responsibilities

  • Provide HR guidance and alignment to department achieve goals
  • Project management of cross-divisional HR initiatives
  • Mediate complex employee relations issues and investigations
  • Coach managers on attendance and performance management
  • Support organizational design and change projects
  • Apply selection practices for talent recruitment

Qualifications

  • Degree in HR, Business, or Humanities
  • Professional accreditation preferred (CIPD, AHRI)
  • Experience in an advisory capacity
