Job Description
Prepare, review, and administer contracts, subcontracts, and variations. Ensure compliance with company policies, project requirements, and legal standards. Maintain organized contract records and documentation. Coordinate with project managers, consultants, and subcontractors. Track contract timelines, renewals, payments, and variations. Support claims, change orders, and project close-out processes.
