Job Description
Our client is a fast-growing startup in the field of Retail and Distribution. We are seeking a strategic Finance Manager to spearhead financial operations, lead digital transformation, and support the CEO in scaling the business.
Responsibilities
- Lead financial roadmap for regional growth across MENA
- Direct the setup and optimization of ERP systems
- Manage comprehensive financial reporting and multi-jurisdictional compliance
- Recruit, onboard, and train a high-performing finance team
- Oversee cross-border cash flow and treasury
- Manage complex tax structures and external audits
Qualifications
- Minimum BA in Finance or Accounting
- At least 15 years of progressive experience within Retail, FMCG, or Distribution
