Domo Ventures is seeking a motivated Receptionist to manage the front desk, handle calls, and perform administrative tasks for a prestigious client in Kuwait.

Responsibilities

  • Greet and welcome visitors
  • Answer and direct phone calls
  • Manage front desk and reception area cleanliness
  • Receive and distribute mail and packages
  • Schedule meetings and appointments
  • Assist with data entry, filing, and photocopying
  • Order office supplies
  • Handle inquiries about the company

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Previous experience as a receptionist or in customer service preferred
