This is a senior leadership role responsible for building a modern, commercially aligned HR function that supports rapid expansion, regulatory readiness, and high-performance culture.
Responsibilities
- Lead full HR function across organisational design and talent acquisition
- Build scalable HR frameworks aligned with growth and regulation
- Partner with executive leadership on workforce planning
- Drive performance management and leadership development
- Establish HR governance and compliance frameworks in regulated environments
- Oversee compensation strategy ensuring regional competitiveness
Qualifications
- 12+ years HR leadership experience within FinTech, Digital Banking, or Payments
- Proven experience scaling organisations through high-growth phases
