Sales Manager - Dubai
Job Description
Enea is growing! We are looking for a Sales Manager to help expand our customer base across the MEA region, based in Dubai and reporting to the regional head of sales. This role is hands-on and commercially focused, owning the day-to-day execution needed to move opportunities from early engagement through to signed deals, while building strong customer relationships and keeping a clear, accurate view of the pipeline. You will work closely with internal teams to align support around customer needs and, for larger opportunities, partner with senior sales leadership on major accounts and executive-level relationships. The Sales Manager is responsible for executing sales strategies within a specific segment, territory, or customer group to meet revenue targets and expand the customer base. This role involves hands-on engagement in customer account planning, negotiation, and maintaining accurate CRM data to support targeted growth. The Sales Manager collaborates with cross-functional teams to ensure sales efforts are effectively supported, analyzes customer needs, and adjusts tactics to meet changing market dynamics. Handle the full sales cycle from prospecting, lead generation, to negotiation and deal closure.
Responsibilities
- Execute defined sales strategies and meet specific revenue targets for assigned accounts or regions.
- Lead account planning, utilizing CRM for precise customer tracking and engagement.
- Coordinate internal resources on a tactical level to support individual client needs.
- Engage in client negotiations, focusing on short-term deal closures and satisfaction.
- Build relationships with customers to foster loyalty and identify near-term growth opportunities.
- Track performance metrics and provide sales reports, adjusting approaches as necessary.
- Collaborate with marketing and product teams to ensure alignment with tactical sales objectives.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, Computer Science or a related field (required)
- Master’s degree in Business Administration (MBA) or a relevant field (preferred, but not mandatory)
- Specialized coursework / certifications in sales methodology, Negotiation, etc (a plus)
- 5+ years of experience in B2B sales, account management, or business development in the technology, telecom, or cybersecurity sectors
