Job Description

Elev8 specializes in driving sustainable growth strategies for brands on Amazon by prioritizing long-term profitability over short-term gains. You are the “GM” for your book of business. You'll own strategy for 7–9 brands: the roadmap, priorities, sequencing, and outcomes. Build and run launch plans, diagnose constraints, and tie everything back to the Amazon flywheel.

Responsibilities

  • Own strategy for 7–9 brands: roadmap, priorities, and outcomes
  • Build and run launch plans
  • Diagnose constraints: offer, conversion, creative, ads, inventory, catalog issues
  • Lead pod week to week: priorities, briefs, deadlines
  • Maintain quality control of creative and PPC outputs
  • Run client calls and write recaps
  • Proactively surface risks and solutions

Qualifications

  • 3+ years hands-on Amazon experience (agency or brand-side), owning outcomes
  • Strong grasp of Amazon fundamentals: PPC (Sponsored Products/Brands/Video), conversion levers (Listing images, A+), Keyword strategy, Catalog/variation logic
  • Strong written and verbal communication
  • Highly organized: manage 7–9 brands
  • Leadership energy
  • CPG experience (supplements, food & beverage, beauty, household, pet) (Preferred)
  • Experience owning a creative pipeline (Preferred)
  • Comfort with deeper Amazon reporting and analysis (Preferred)
  • Experience using Asana, Slack, Helium 10, Datadive, Scale Insights (Preferred)
