Claims Manager
Job Description
Coalition is an Active Insurance provider helping prevent digital risk. We are seeking an experienced cyber claims adjuster to join our team. You will handle the intake of cyber events, analyze insurance coverage issues, and manage third-party vendors to resolve claims.
Responsibilities
- Handle intake of cyber events and coordinate with forensic investigators
- Evaluate pending claims and recommend accurate reserves
- Analyze liability and damage data for complex claims
- Analyze insurance coverage issues and draft coverage letters
- Manage third-party vendors and service providers
- Identify settlement opportunities to maximize impact
Qualifications
- 2+ years of experience adjusting cyber claims
- Juris Doctor or Bachelors Degree preferred
- Must be a licensed claims adjuster in state of residence
- Able to obtain licensing for California and New York
