Job Description

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Research Assistant to support research, documentation, and operational workflows in a fully remote environment. The Administrative Research Assistant will play a key role in gathering, reviewing, organizing, and maintaining research materials, reports, and internal documentation while ensuring accuracy, consistency, and timely delivery. This role supports informed decision-making by ensuring research materials and administrative processes are accurate and accessible.

Responsibilities

  • Provide administrative support for research and project-based initiatives
  • Conduct structured online research using approved sources and guidelines
  • Collect, organize, and summarize research findings into clear documentation
  • Maintain and update spreadsheets, databases, and research trackers
  • Prepare reports, summaries, and reference materials for internal teams
  • Perform data entry, document formatting, and file management with high accuracy
  • Review information for completeness, consistency, and quality
  • Track tasks, deadlines, and deliverables across research workflows
  • Coordinate with remote team members to ensure alignment and timely completion
  • Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information responsibly
  • Follow established research methodologies, documentation standards, and procedures
  • Support continuous improvement by identifying gaps, inconsistencies, or outdated information

Qualifications

  • Previous experience in administrative support, research assistance, data entry, or a related role preferred
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills
  • Excellent written communication and attention to detail
  • Ability to analyze information and summarize key points clearly and accurately
  • Basic to intermediate proficiency with Microsoft Office or Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Excel)
  • Comfort working with digital tools, spreadsheets, and online research platforms
  • Ability to work independently in a remote, self-directed environment
  • Reliable internet connection and access to a computer suitable for remote work
