Job Description

The Pre-Sales Specialist is responsible for driving the technical success of partner solutions integrated within the Classera LMS ecosystem. This role will work closely with EdTech partners and Sales teams.

Responsibilities

  • Act as technical ambassador for EdTech partner solutions
  • Support Sales teams with positioning and use-case mapping
  • Conduct tailored demos and presentations
  • Build customer-facing solution architectures and diagrams
  • Respond to RFPs and technical questionnaires
  • Understand Classera integration framework (APIs, SSO, LTI)
  • Provide training sessions to Sales and CS teams

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science, engineering, or related field
  • 3+ years of experience in pre-sales, solution consulting, or technical sales
  • Experience in SaaS, EdTech, LMS platforms, or system integrations
