Pre-Sales Specialist (EdTech Partnerships)
Job Description
The Pre-Sales Specialist is responsible for driving the technical success of partner solutions integrated within the Classera LMS ecosystem. This role will work closely with EdTech partners and Sales teams.
Responsibilities
- Act as technical ambassador for EdTech partner solutions
- Support Sales teams with positioning and use-case mapping
- Conduct tailored demos and presentations
- Build customer-facing solution architectures and diagrams
- Respond to RFPs and technical questionnaires
- Understand Classera integration framework (APIs, SSO, LTI)
- Provide training sessions to Sales and CS teams
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, engineering, or related field
- 3+ years of experience in pre-sales, solution consulting, or technical sales
- Experience in SaaS, EdTech, LMS platforms, or system integrations
