Job Description
Wio Bank is looking for a Collection Agent to help manage customer repayments in a way that’s fair, respectful, and solution-focused. This role involves maintaining trust and supporting customers through their financial journey.
Responsibilities
- Engage with customers via calls, emails, and SMS to follow up on overdue payments
- Understand individual circumstances and offer flexible repayment solutions
- Maintain accurate records of all interactions in systems
- Escalate cases where needed and collaborate with internal teams
- Track and meet recovery targets and SLAs
- Stay up to date with UAE collections regulations
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in collections, recovery, or a customer-facing banking role
- Strong negotiation skills with a calm and empathetic communication style
- Comfortable using CRM/collection tools
- Fluent in English (Arabic is a plus)
