Senior Specification Specialist
Job Description
As a Senior Specification Specialist, you will be responsible to drive Jotun's success through decorative segment Specifications. Promote products, engage top specifiers, developers, architects, interior designers and consultants for project acquisition, market share growth, and profitable sales.
Responsibilities
- Promote Jotun's solutions to architects, interior designers, consultants and developers
- Manage the design process by proposing color schemes, samples, and mood boards
- Secure Jotun approvals and update the team on project activities
- Maintain an updated database of construction projects and architects in Saudi Arabia
- Monitor the construction and paint industry market status
- Update customer records in the CRM system
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or Sales & Marketing (Interior design or Architecture is an advantage)
- 3 - 5 years of experience in Specification or Projects Sales from the building & construction industry
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Fluent in English & Arabic
