Lead Sales Operation
Job Description
We are looking for an experienced Sales Operations Lead to drive and manage end-to-end Sales Operations for Hi-Tech customers. This role is critical in supporting enterprise sales teams through CPQ-driven quoting, deal governance, CRM hygiene, and ARR-focused execution.
Responsibilities
- Lead the Sales Operations function for Hi-Tech accounts.
- Support sales teams with Quote creation, Complex product bundling and Conversions.
- Review and validate deals to ensure alignment with corporate pricing and ARR growth guidelines.
- Own the quote-to-order lifecycle, identifying and resolving blockers.
- Ensure strong CRM hygiene, data accuracy, and sales compliance.
- Partner with sales leaders to correct process gaps and data issues.
- Contribute to the development of the Sales Operations Playbook.
- Support sales forecasting, pipeline reviews, and management reporting.
