Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Sales Operations Lead to drive and manage end-to-end Sales Operations for Hi-Tech customers. This role is critical in supporting enterprise sales teams through CPQ-driven quoting, deal governance, CRM hygiene, and ARR-focused execution.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the Sales Operations function for Hi-Tech accounts.
  • Support sales teams with Quote creation, Complex product bundling and Conversions.
  • Review and validate deals to ensure alignment with corporate pricing and ARR growth guidelines.
  • Own the quote-to-order lifecycle, identifying and resolving blockers.
  • Ensure strong CRM hygiene, data accuracy, and sales compliance.
  • Partner with sales leaders to correct process gaps and data issues.
  • Contribute to the development of the Sales Operations Playbook.
  • Support sales forecasting, pipeline reviews, and management reporting.
