Responsibilities
- Evaluate recorded interviews for technical quality
- Identify issues like premature termination and audio/video glitches
- Investigate flagged candidate profiles for fraud
- Detect cheating by analyzing eye movement and AI-generated patterns
- Collaborate with teams to ensure process integrity
- Work independently and asynchronously
Qualifications
- Exceptional English comprehension and concise written communication
- Familiarity with LinkedIn and assessing professional credentials
