Job Description

This role is designed for a high-performing individual contributor responsible for driving new revenue, expanding existing accounts, and building a predictable sales engine. You’ll own the complete sales cycle from prospecting to closing, delivering strong MRR/ARR growth and consistently achieving quota in Saudi Arabia.

Responsibilities

  • Achieve and exceed individual sales targets (Quota)
  • Drive Net New ARR/MRR growth
  • Build and maintain a healthy sales pipeline
  • Increase win rates through sharp qualification and deal strategy
  • Shorten sales cycle by improving discovery and alignment
  • Own the entire sales process from prospecting to close
  • Deliver accurate data-backed forecasts
  • Engage senior stakeholders and influencers
  • Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities
