Finance Analyst
Job Description
Ready to be part of Hilti? In this role, you will be involved in two main functions: Financial Controlling and Credit & Collection. From Financial Controlling, you will work very closely with Finance Hub and Shared Service Center (SSC) team in Manchester. On the C&C side, you will "own" a region and be responsible from its collection performance by making credit decisions and providing guidance to sales team.
Responsibilities
- Preparing Value Creation Cockpits and Performance Management decks for both Sales and Collection
- Develop detailed monthly OPEX tracking reports to identify improvement opportunities
- Work closely with Regional and Global teams on implementation of projects and initiatives
- Liaise with Hilti's Share Service Center (SSC) to ensure postings are done as per guidelines
- Review Sales team targets, validating achievement rates and final bonus ratings
- Liaise with external auditors during the year end audit
- Take ownership of reviewing accruals of liabilities
- Analyze various reporting tools (aging, collection report) to identify priority customers
- Update system records of all conversations with customers
- Coordinate the collection activities with the Sales Department
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Business, Economics or Engineering
- Professional Qualification required (CPA, ACCA, CMA)
- Excellent analytical skills and high-level proficiency in Microsoft Excel
- Strong communication skills, ability to synthesize and present analysis results
