Planning Assistant

Planning Assistant - Electrical having 5 years experience in planning and scheduling in Over Head Line Project works. Understand the true scope and requirements of the project. Co – Ordinate with Civil, Electrical & Mechanical Construction Programme. Prepare manpower resources schedules and histograms to achieve the timely completion of project. Prepare equipment/material procurement schedule. Co – Ordinate and assist Planning Manager for timely ordering of material and equipment. Preparation & Submission of daily, weekly and Monthly reports. Prepare work plans and look ahead short-term programmers’ as required by the contract. Monitor the progress of works at site and highlight the problems to the PM / CM, as required. Monitor and maintain tracking logs for Material and drawing submittals. Co ordinate with members of project teams for delivering material submittals on time. Select the appropriate supplier for satisfying specific techno – commercial requirements. Timely subcontractor Billing and maintaining reconciliation of each subcontractor. Monthly Bulk Material reconciliation. Assist Planning Engineer in client billing documentation.
